Order Fulfillment Timeline
Order delivery consists of two separate phases: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Processing time is not counted as part of shipping time.
1. Processing Time
- Processing Duration: 1–3 business days
- Order Processing Days: Monday – Saturday (GMT-08:00 Pacific Standard Time)
- Daily Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (PST)
- Non-processing Days: Sundays and official public holidays

Customs Delay Notice
Certain shipments (especially those delivered to the U.S.) may experience an additional 5–7 business days delay due to customs clearance procedures. Customs inspections are conducted by local government authorities and are beyond Posytress's control. Not all packages will be subject to this delay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Important Notes
1. Non-processing & Logistics Closure
One fixed non-processing day per week: Saturday (US Time). All shipping carriers suspend operations on Sundays. Local delivery is only provided on business days.
2. Order Validity & Cancellation
Orders with missing phone numbers or invalid/unclear addresses will only be held for 5 working days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued. Please ensure your shipping address (PO Box, APO, FPO, and military addresses are not accepted) and contact number are accurate when placing an order.
3. Free Shipping Definition
Free shipping applies with no minimum order value — no shipping fees will be charged for eligible destinations.
4. Time Reference
All estimated shipping times are for reference only. Actual delivery timelines are subject to the logistics carrier.
5. Global Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available to the USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. For all other countries/regions, a flat shipping fee of $30–$35 per order applies. Please contact Posytress customer service for detailed pricing.
